In accordance with the European Regulation on the protection of personal data, Web Market s.r.l. grants registered users of this site the following rights.
Right of access (art. 15)
The right of access includes the right to receive a copy of the personal data being processed. The information the data controller must provide does not include the "manner" of processing, but it must indicate the intended retention period, or the criteria used to define it, as well as the safeguards applied in case of data transfer to third countries.
Registered users can view all their data stored on this website by logging in to the GDPR area. From this page, by clicking the relevant buttons, you can obtain a copy of all the data stored by Web Market s.r.l., exportable in both PDF and CSV format. Exporting data in CSV format also ensures the right to data portability under art. 20 of the GDPR.
Unregistered users (commonly referred to as "guests") who have made a purchase on this website do not have a private personal area. They can still request information about the personal data stored on this website using the contact form. Web Market s.r.l. is committed to responding promptly to such requests.
Right to erasure (right to be forgotten) – art. 17
The right to be "forgotten" is an enhanced right to the erasure of personal data. It establishes the obligation for data controllers, where they have made the data subject's personal data public (for example, by publishing it on a website), to inform other controllers processing the deleted data, including any link, copy or reproduction. This right has a broader scope than previously provided under data protection law, as the data subject can request deletion of their data even after withdrawing consent to processing.
All users, whether registered or guests, may at any time request the deletion of their data stored on this website using the contact form. Web Market s.r.l. is committed to fulfilling deletion requests within a reasonable time. Before final deletion, the applicant will be notified by email that the deletion process has begun. From that point on, Web Market s.r.l. will not be able to send further communications to the user, as their data — in particular the applicant's email address — will have been permanently and irretrievably deleted from the site's database.
Data retention
Your data is stored on servers equipped with the most modern protection and security systems, located within the EU. Specifically, your data is stored on a Server Plan server, which you can refer to for detailed information on its privacy policy and the security technologies used.
Unless a user specifically requests the deletion of their data, all data relating to each user and their purchases is stored for 26 months from the last purchase made. This retention period corresponds to the validity period of the Legal Guarantee of Conformity provided for by the Consumer Code (articles 128 et seq.), which protects consumers in the event of purchasing defective products that work poorly or do not meet the use declared by the seller or the use generally intended for that item.
Exceptions
Deleting data from this site does not imply the deletion of any tax documents issued (invoices, receipts, delivery notes, etc.), which are kept in accordance with applicable civil and tax regulations, i.e. for 10 years from the date of issue.

Processing of personal data
This document describes how the website www.elettronew.com is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of visiting users. The general information is provided, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, to all those who access the Elettronew website of Web Market s.r.l. via its web services. This information applies specifically to this website and not to any other websites that may be accessed through external links.
This information is also based on Recommendation no. 2/2001, adopted by the European data protection authorities, which identifies minimum requirements for the online collection of personal data — in particular the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users. Data provided by users is processed for the following purposes:
- Purposes strictly related to and/or necessary for fulfilling customer requests within the "Buy online" service.
- Purposes related to obligations under laws, regulations and EU legislation, as well as provisions issued by authorities empowered by law or by supervisory and control bodies.
- Sending newsletters and promotional material regarding the services offered by Elettronew.com.
- Market research and economic and statistical analysis carried out by Elettronew.com.
Data processing
Personal data is processed using computerised and telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated and, in any case, in a way that guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data. Processing may be carried out, with the same methods and criteria mentioned above, by third parties who provide data processing services or carry out activities that are complementary to or necessary for performing the services requested by the user. These third parties are appointed from time to time as Data Processors on behalf of Elettronew.
Purpose of processing, legal basis and nature of conferral
Personal data may be processed by Elettronew di Web Market s.r.l., with your consent where necessary, to send you offers by email on products or services similar to those you have purchased or requested, unless you expressly refuse to receive such communications — which you may do at any time by writing to support@elettronew.com, or by expressly denying consent for marketing purposes. This processing is lawful under section 130(4) of the Privacy Code, provided it concerns communications about products or services similar to those that were the subject of your purchase or request, and provided that, having been adequately informed, you have not objected and do not object in future to such communications. You may object to the processing of your personal data for this purpose either when requesting products and services available on the site (by expressly denying consent to processing for marketing purposes), or in response to subsequent commercial communications from Elettronew, by writing to the address above or by clicking "unsubscribe" in the footer of the emails you receive.
